Bladder problems

I had a LAVH and left ovary removed. I am 6 wks post op. Ive had bladder pain after wk 1. not burning, painful like a UTI. When my bladder is full it hurts.. when it is emptyin it hurts like a spasm and its quiet painful. I was tested for UTI but culture was negative for an infection in my urine. But when they do a preliminary urine dip it shows blood and bacteria. So they put me on antibiotics for 10 days was feeling better for about 5 days now pain is back just as before. I dont think I am leaking but am suspicious as when I lay down at night I get a very little bit wet. not "wet". What does this sound like?? Ive been to the gyno like 3 times for this. Think I should go to a urologist??

I am so sorry that you are experiencing this. I would suggest that you talk to your primary care doctor and go from there. Let us know what he or she says.
