Just wondering if anyone else on the board had a boyfriend,fiance' or husband in the military and stationed overseas in Iraq? I'm so lucky that Tim's couple of weeks fell my first full week after surgery...I'm blessed!

Hi Amanda,

I'm an active duty Army wife and my DH isn't in Iraq now, but did go from '03 - '04. You certainly aren't the only military wife here.

If you would like to find others who have husbands in Iraq, please visit the God Bless America, Land that I Love forum. Also, be sure to stop by the Prayer Forum and add your prayers to our Soldier's Prayer list.

I'm glad your DH was able to be home for your surgery. I know he was a great help and comfort to you. God bless your soldier!

Hi Amanda;

I am married to an active duty airman. He is not currently in Iraq but has been over there twice. He was there when I was undergoing my tests for an unrelated Hyst problem. It is very scary and hard to be brave while they are away.

(((Deb))) gave you some great links, I hope you visit them. God bless you and your soldier!

's!
