Re: a little scared

How much are you bleeding. Rule of thumb if you are going thru a pad an hour you need to get to the nearest E.R. With that being said, from my own experience I can tell you that when I did too much, walked too long even got up and down too often I would start to spot, my back would hurt as well as my stomach. When I was laying down it would stop. You are still very early in your recovery, so you have a great deal of healing to do. Even though you went back to work you have to give yourself the time to kick back and rest during the day. I was fortunate and was able to shut my door and put my feet up for a half hour or so a few times a day. If the bleeding and cramps are bad enough (as I said in the beginning) or they get to that point go to the E.R. For now get off your feet and relax, see if that helps any. Keep us posted.

Re: a little scared

Thank you so much for the post... Ive been back to work for five weeks now and its a pretty high stress job, but a sitting one... the stress is a little worse this week than the norm. The bleeding has just been clots? But I really feel crampy tonight... I think I will take your lead and lock myself in my room away from the world with a heating pad on my tummy!!! Hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving!!

Re: a little scared

Since you have been passes clots, if you don't notice it getting better with rest place a call to your Dr. in the morning and run it by them just to be on the safe side. Have a great thanksgiving.
