I had my hysterectomy for endometriosis at the age of 25 so I know this can be rough.
Are you going to be having surgery with an endometriosis specialist? Unfortunately, a hysterectomy is not a cure for endometriosis.
With a fibromyalgia diagnosis, are you working with whomever manages your pain? Surgery can cause a flare and make pain management a bit more difficult. I was diagnosed with FMS after my hysterectomy, but had to undergo a lap for excision of endometriosis with my FMS diagnosis. Part of what can make it rough is having to discontinue all anti-inflammatory medications prior to surgery. Positioning during surgery and the inactivity during recovery can both compound the problem.
Have your doctors stated that your seizures and the FMS will improve with a hysterectomy? Will they be helping to manage your symptoms during your hospital stay and recovery? Without doing extensive research, what I have read in the past would not lead me to believe either would necessarily improve, and the FMS could worsen, as both issues could be more related to the hormones than the uterus itself. If you have not thoroughly discussed a hysterectomy with the doctors who manage those conditions for you, do so before heading into OR. You should also make sure your surgeon and anesthesiologist are aware of both conditions as it will affect medications and how you are positioned during surgery. We also have articles about Endometriosis and an Endometriosis Support forum where you can learn more about that diagnosis. You can start with our

PCOS also is not cured with a hysterectomy as it is a disorder of the entire endocrine system. Thus, you also need to be working with whomever manages this condition for you.
I wish you all the best for whatever you and your medical team determine is right for you, but remember the more informed you and your doctors are the better your outcome can be. Not all surgeons have the same knowledge and skills so find the surgeon who is right for you.
