Anyone using Progesterone cream?

I have been reading a lot of good things about natural progesterone cream made from Mexican Wild Yam. It is supposed to help with lots of things from hot flashes to insommnia which is what I am hoping it will help me with. Is anyone using it?

I do use progesterone cream as part of my hormone therapy with my doctor's approval. It does help with sleep and is known as the calming hormone. I think it would be wise to try non-hormone approaches first. Hormones are powerful drugs! If you do opt to use it, I hope that it works for you.
