Swelly Belly Band for LAVH ?

Good Morning Ladies,
I am scheduled for a LAVH on 12/13 and really want to purchase a swelly belly for my recovery.
My question is should a get the horizontal or vertical? I am thinking I should go with the vertical because I will have 4 small incisions starting at m belly button downward and this will give me the most support.(?)
I welcome any suggestions or advice.

Since I had a TVH, I didn't use a swelly belly band. I wish I had an answer for you but I'm sure a LAVH girl will though!

I had 3 incisions with my LAVH--1 in the belly button, 1 on left side down lower, and 1 on the right side. The 3 cuts are more horizontal than vertical (think flattened triangle). I didn't feel I needed a swelly belly band.

Hope your surgery goes well. It is well worth it!
