Left side tenderness?
I've had kind of a cramp and tenderness in my left side. Seems like it's around the ovary area. Does anyone know what this might be from? I had a TVH, leaving the ovaries.

Off the top of my head, gas comes to mind. Your intestines might be a little backed up. When I have had pain like that, that's what I was told.
It is also possible that you could be ovulating.
You could probably give your  a call just to be on the safe side.
