What Are We Billed For?

When a Davinci turns into a complicated TAH are we billed for both surgeries?

I was billed for just the TAH I was to have a LAVH and ended up with a TAH. The EOB I recieved fron my insurance should all the hospital cost My gyn bill was separate and there was no extra charges for the LAVH for him or the hospital
