Pelvic floor exercises post-op?

can anyone tell me about doing pelvic floors post op? i normally do them all the time but my Dr has said not to do any for 6 weeks and its hard to not do them as it feels like my insides are going to fall out

If your doctor tells you not to do them, then don't. A feeling that things are heavy is fairly normal, however, doing any exercises in the pelvic region while healing can cause injury and slower healing if you doctor recommends that you don't do them. in there and you should start feeling a little more normal soon.
