Home from castle

I am glad to be home. I went in on 10-4 and my doctor says my scar tissue from c section was like cement. I am so glad it is over. Stayed extra day because did not have a bm. The is unbelievable and it hurts big time everytime my bladder fills up. I can deal though knowing all I went through before. I now know the waiting is much worse than actually going. I am happy for all the helpful advise I got before hand. I'll keep on and

try to remember not to bear down when having a bm you might pop a stitch like I did. Try drinking apple juice and taking fiber in some form. it relaxes the intestines so you can go much more easily and it also helps with the gas cramps.
