2 weeks post op, heavy bleeding

I'm two weeks post op. Had no bleeding until a few days ago. Saw my Dr on Thursday and he said I had an infection in vaginal cuff he did silver nitrate and said my bleeding should get better. Today is gotten significantly heavier and having clots. Called the Dr on call and he told me not to worry. tonight it's gotten even heavier (soaked thru a pad in an hour) and I just lost a clot the size of a grape or so. I'm a little nervous. Not having any pain, in fact I've felt really good the last two days. Getting a bit feverish tonight. Is this normal?

I don't know if it is normal but the general rule is if you soak through a pad in an hour, you need to go to the ER.

Hope you can get it to stop bleeding.

I agree, if you're bleeding that heavy go to the hospital. Better safe than sorry!
