Swelly Belly

Hello! I am now 3 weeks post op from a vaginal...kept my ovaries. My belly is huge. I went to the store today and I can't even button my pants. I was very upset and just started crying. Can anyone tell me how long this swelling is going to last? I look as if I am about 3 months preg.

I'm seven weeks I had a tah /bso and I'm still swollen good luck I know it sucks

I'm with hornbecks3. I'm 5 weeks post op, barely got myself into a skirt today, and yes.... it absolutely sucks! Hang in there and don't push yourself. Sounds a bit early to be putting pants on. Don't do it if you don' t have to. This too shall pass.

I do video mysteryshopping for a living, and despite the fact im only a week post op I did a job at a local catalogue store,

I had to buy something then return it and I got to the till and (bear in mind i was wearinga secret camera) the girl at the counter said "Ohhhh How far along are you" my heart sank-- I played along, I got a lovely email from the office however and they complained to the client to retrain their staff from making assumptions.

Didn't stop me from feeling like a beached shamu
