4 months and just now getting night sweats

I had my surgery on May 7th, and they took everything out. I am not taking any hormone pills cause I don't like the possibility of cancer from taking them. But a couple of night ago I woke up in the wee hours of the morning just sweating something awful and then again last night. Is it normal to just now be starting that when my surgery was 4 months ago? I am 45 years old. I actually get wringing wet with sweat!

You can get pretty wet with sweat when you have a hot flash.....You might want to look into natural products to help balance your hormones. I heard there is good success with this and you don't have the cancer risk that comes with hrt.
