Hot flashes!

So I am 6 weeks out and having Terrible hot flashes! I had the really bad before my surgery but now they are worse! I have to stay in my room where I have my own air conditioner and I can keep it cold as I can get it in there! My dr gave me a shot that was suppose to help be it didn't do much good! I have migraines and a stomach condition and a lot of meds triggers them to go off and make me sick and the shot made me sick! So I can't thank it again anyways! Has anybody been through this? I was hoping that that flashes would get better after surgery not worse! HELP PLEASE!

I had TAH on 6/13 and I agree the hot flashes/night sweats are horrible ... Are you also having insomnia ??? Hope things get better soon

Yes! And I take a lot of medicine that make me sleepy! Use to I would be out a hour after I took all my meds at night time and would be out for the night but now I seem to be sleeping more in the day than night!
