3 weeks out from total hyst

I am still SO achy! I had a ton of adhesions removed as well as all the other "parts"! Is it normal to still feel this down? I am being active somewhat but still on the couch for most of the day.

I'm almost 5 weeks and still the same way. I do more & more everyday, but still need to lie down and rest alot. Looking back I can see how far I've come from the 1st week, but it doesn't seem like it when I always have to rest.
Slow but steady wins the race! We'll all get there in our own time. What I've learned so far is don't push yourself - the payback hurts!

Thanks for your feedback! I am known for having no patience so waiting for my body to heal isn't easy for me. I tried to work last week and that was a slap in the face. I am working from home this week so I am not just lying around either. I hate to think about sitting in my work chair next week.
