Hi been doing great and now spotting and pain

well been doing reaqlly great had a few down days where just over did it and got really tired due to holidays and etc. last night noticed some spotting that was light pink and woke up this morning and was hurting pretty bad, tried call dr but they were out due to holiday, so husband told me take a pain pilll and lay down and rest, that has seemed to help. i am just wandering if anyone has any advice and or has had this happened to them. oh and i also lifted the laundry baskets and prob wasnt a good idea and prob didnt help and i lifted on my kid one day but that was week ago. just so nervous that im going to tear something that is healing inside!!! so any advice or hey its happened to me would just reasure me and my nerves lol... thanks and hope all is going great with everyone else out there!!!

I'm sorry you are in pain and spotting. I haven't had the spotting but have heard it's pretty normal. I think your husband is right, take a pain pill and rest. You may have overdone things during the holidays. Likely, there is nothing to be concerned with and you can speak to your dr tomorrow.

I have had instances where I overdid it - pushing heavy shopping cart, cooking for Christmas, and pain became severe ( no spotting), I took ibuprofen and laid down, felt much better. Also used heating pad.

Of course if you feel worse or take a turn for the worse - you have to listen to your body and seek medical attention.

Thank u so much for positive words and encouragement! yes I talked to her nurse earlier and she said I was pushing too fast too soon whew. I figured that but my mom was sooo worried so it felt great hear from nurse and now someone else whos been there!! I just wish this exhausted feeling would plz go away lol. But know it will in time.
