Swollen feet at eleven days post-op

Has any one had this proublm dr checked blood flow good .I had 15 pounds of fat cut off of my stomack.No more flapIF felt great to lose my stomack after all these years.I am a very large size. Sence surg. doin't want much to eat.Thank God Also when can you sleep on your side? i cain't stand to sleep on my back Any more.I was cut from 1 side to the other.Steal in a lot of pain I sleep a lot in a chair Beacuse hate sleeping on my back. Can any on help me please .Also May 8 monday is the day i go back to Dr . Thank all of you I was so scared it took me over 15 years to do this tah. I wish i had the cuts to do it sooner the fear of beeing so over weight scarade my out of my mind.I am 54

I, too, am a side sleeper and after my TAH/BSO it took many weeks for me to be able to resume my comfy slumber position. If the chair is working for you to get some sleep, I say, stay there for now!

I'm so happy to hear you made it through the surgery. I know you were so scared. I hope that your doctor's appointment next Monday eases any post-op recovery concerns you may have. It's always a good idea to bring along a list of questions, so you don't forget to ask about things that concern you.
