Such a weird feeling

Hi everybody! Hope everyone is recovering well. This has been a rougher road for me than I anticipated, I can't wait to start feeling better!

I have the weirdest feeling that I wanted to see if anybody else is experiencing it. When I get up, like outta bed, I have this "rolling" feeling that goes from under my right side to my stomach area. Almost like a ball of something. It makes my shoulder hurt too. Is this gas still, 5 days after surgery?

I have taken gas x and have taken short walks. What else can I do? It hurts!!

I had a light rolling/fluttering feeling high up in my tummy the first couple of nights, when I was laying semi flat trying to sleep. I assumed it was gas. Kind of like light spasms when I inhaled. Haven't noticed it lately.
