Hello!

Hello everyone! I am 32 years old and have been diagnosed with cervical prolapse, endometriosis, and reversed reproductive organs which are causing uterine prolapse. My doctor is suggesting a hysterectomy and bladder suspension. I have been researching the different types of bladder suspension surgery available and have basically decided on a radical abdominal hysterectomy with Burch procedure. I am just curious if anyone has had a similar diagnosis and/or suggestions.

I have had urodynamics testing which confirmed the uterine prolapse. My next appt. is 8/7 to discuss when. I just started a new job and would like to wait until 1/2004 if I can, but lately the pain has been unbearable. Motrin 600 (dr prescribed) just isn't working - any suggestions?

Also, being 32 any advice on HRT?

My DH and I have one beautiful daughter and are very comfortable (at least right now) with this recommendation. I've been to 3 doctors before my new PCP discovered the "reversed organs" and referred me to a WONDERFUL gyn.

Thanks to all who read and/or respond. This site is amazing!

Hello!

(((((Mrs clean))))))),

I am sorry for the pain you are having. Bring up your need for different pain management when you see your Dr. next week hon. There is no reason to suffer these days with all the meds available.

As for HRT, you may want to post at the Hormone Jungle boards. The ladies there know all about the different HRT options available.

Here is their link:

Best wishes and I hope you get to delay your surgery.
