Ovarian cysts

I had my partial hysterectomy last February and was doing ok for a little while. But then had a minor set back two months after because I had a pocket of fluid formed against my vaginal wall and my bowels so I had to have that drained and they also removed a cluster of cysts on my right ovary and some adhesions that formed my left side. After that I was doing better til now. I have a hemrrhogic cyst on my right ovary that they are trying to shrink. I go back in a few weeks to see how it is doing. But the end result is going to be me having both ovaries removed because I am continually getting cysts left and right. I am weak all the time have no energy and very depressed. Hoping that on top of all this my endometriosis isn't back. I just want to be normal for once and enjoy my life again and my family!

Good luck! Hopefully you will get your normal life back after recovery. i ended up at mayo clinic before they figured out why I was going downhill. It was a vitamin deficiency! B12 and D were so low I couldn't function. After reading my post from 2013 I may have been deficient for quite some time. B12 shots and high doses of d put me back on track. Still have issues with left ovary but at least I have my energy and life back! I hate adhesions! Do yours feel like they rip upon standing sometimes? Hurts like heck!

This has been a long year for me, never a problem with periods and such, then bang! February i had the first of 4 surgeries this year, my last one was wed last week to remove both ovaries. I am not recovery as fast as i would like, bit hoping this will end all the problems and life in 2015 will resume its usual chaos! My hope is like yours, once all the post op healing is done, that the roller coaster will stop. Its too soon for me to know. But i started hrt immediately and seem to have very little menopause issues. Chills more than hot flashes, though it doesnt take much to spike a mood swing but i can still recognize and control that. All the pain and nausea meds have me pretty goofed up so its hard to tell what is what. But if the pain stops, it will be worth it. Hang in there!

I had a hysterectomy on 9/17/2014 I kept my ovaries and now having horrible pain on my right side I went back to the Dr today I literally had to convince the nurse that this pain is not in my head I was told I may have ovarian cysts I'm like why didn't you remove them from the beginning now I'm upset, scared and my blood pressure up on top of all that more Dr visits
