Here is another ? from me. I have also discovered that I am allergic to soy produces so I do not think that the phytoestergen cream would be good for me. Do any of the creams that are natural estergen that help with vag. dryness?

I've used two different vaginal estrogens. One was Vagifem (a tiny tablet) and the one I currently use is a compounded cream. There's one you might ask your doctor about called Estring which is a bio-identical made from Mexican yams. Estring is inserted into the vagina and left in place for up to 3 months for continuous release of estrogen.
