4 1/2 weeks post op now I am having discomfort???

Had TAH/BSO on April 28th. Have been recovering well until yesterday. Now I am having a lot of discomfort in my lower abdominal area where my incision is. Anyone else experienced this?

Yes exactly a month after surgery i started getting discomfort on one said of mu inscion then the other for me it last 3 weeks, almost like a burning sensation and tingling at times, it was weird because first 4 weeks soar but not those feelings then about week 5 that weird pain came along i think because i was doing to much to soon, but once that pain came along i took it way more easier like doing nothing at all, no lifting, you know all the stuff they tell us not to do.

Thanks Judy for replying I am glad to know that I am not the only one. I was thinking that it was probably from over doing it, but it is nice to know that I am not the only one having it.

I am only 3 weeks out, but I know with the three Csection incisions that about a month out, the scar tissue was forming and extremely uncomfortable. Also, expect to feel a sensation like a hair being pulled every so often for up to a year.

i too am having internal incision pain at roughly 5 weeks. the first four were a breeze, now im in pain. I have been walking alot outside, in order to lose this surgery weight.
I am hoping that I will ok and not need to see my dr any sooner than next week...
