Spotting post-op 20 weeks

I begin workout out doing abdominal exercise and I'm spotting. I haven't called my gyn yet but its this normal. I'm post-op 20 weeks 3days.

I'm glad you called your dr as I can't imagine why at 20 wks spotting would start, regardless of the activity. The only other thing that comes to mind is if you kept your cervix and coudl it be a mini period? Hope all is well and please keep us posted on what your dr says.
