Doc pushed back surgery

Well, I just went for my pre-op this morning. Doc came in and said, "I meant to call you this morning, then I got so busy. I've had a death in my familyand the funeral is Thursday." Of course that is my day of surgery. So now it is postponed until the 28th. I just want to hurry up and get it over with now. She did answer all of my pre-op questions I printed from this website and carried with me. Thank you girls for all your posts and all your answers. I have learned so much from this website. I think doc was surprised at some of the questions I had to ask her. She answered them all though and I feel pretty good about it. She did say with me being so young that I will need to be on hormones for awhile. I was wanting to do it without hormones but I think she has a point. : Let me just say again, thank you girls for all that you have done with this website. It is a God-send.....

I'm so sorry you've had your surgery rescheduled. It's difficult when you're all ready and then something happens.

I'm glad your dr took the time to answer your questions...that means a lot. Fortunately, you won't have to wait too long before you go in.
