Mood Swings!!

Hi everyone!! I hope everyone is doing good. I am not having a good day!! I feel moody and really crabby like my period is going to start (which of course isn't possible)!! I was wondering if anyone else gets this way or if it is just a off day?? My husband wants to run away!!

Yes, I had mood swings after my hyst and almost 6 years later I still can get them. Hormones and fluctuations of them might be the cause. Hrt has helped me over the years.

What kind of hrt are you on? I am on estratest and estradiol. You would think taking them at the same time would make it so they didn't flucuate so much!!! Who know's right? I guess we just have to sit back and enjoy the ride!!

I take vagifem and vivelle dot patch.
Maybe it is the type of delivery and the dose that may affect the fluctuations with hrt.

I was on the pill form of estrogen and it was not as good as the patch for me. I do have more even dosing now with only occassional hot flash.

HHHMMMM.....maybe I will ask about the patch!! I hate being on all these pills anyway!!! My 6 year old son asked me if I took my pills today LOL!!!
