TAH: Upcoming hysterectomy 10/7 - brown discharge instead of period

I was amazed when I found this site at how many women are here, how much info is available and how much support women receive for their questions or concerns. A lot of times when you Google your concerns you get so many conflicting answers that you're more confused afterwards than you were originally. Every time I get on I see other posts that either share some of my concerns or brings up something I hadn't even thought of questioning. It really is amazing.

Yes, this site is truly a blessing.

It was started by a wonderful woman who had a hysterectomy and could not find information on the Internet. So decided to create a web page for other women going through this surgery.

No men are allowed on this site, and so it is just women supporting women.

I would have gone insane without this site when I was going through this surgery. So, I stayed on after to help other women like I was helped.
