I can relate to all of you!

I wrote a post earlier about how down in the dumps I am, and I didn't see this discussion at all. I'm so not into knowing how this type of thing works. I got the Gas X
ahead of time thank goodness, just from reading the other
woman's discussions. It is a killer for sure. I have a whole
achy body today. Sorry, but glad to hear, other woman's legs hurt. I can't do any type of HRT because of medical reasons, but I'm 57 and hadn't had any problems before so I'm sure I'll be OK still. I had to be in 4 days, TAH w/both ovaries taken.
May our recoveries continue to go well. :

Re: I can relate to all of you!

I hope you feel better soon! I also had a TAH w/both ovaries taken. I am now starting my 5th week. And like you I am experiencing the "blahs" as well. I do not feel like my old self. Yesterday I slept most of the day which is not me at all. I just wanted to be left alone. My dr mentioned putting me on a hormone when I go back for my 2nd checkup on 8/28 but am concerned about it due to the fact of having breast cancer in 1997 and HRT was not permitted. He said it would only be for a short time. It's hard to really know what to do.....I apologize I am just so down. I wish you all the best in your recovery!
