Bleeding post-op

Hello I'm on week 3 since my surgery I have been spotting for the last week since I seen the dr actually and she did tell me I was bleeding a bit inside to take it more easy so I have been taking it easy doing nothing walking a little making my hubby's lunches cooking dinner and I'm still bleeding not constant but it is every day I called the dr yesterday and they said this is normal you are probably doing to much, how much is to much? Omg I'm a nervous wreck. Today the blood seems a bit more red then it has been its been very brownish

Like I said I'm nervous!!

Anyone else having these problems?

Oh she also told me I'm not healing well inside I do have RA and she said that might delay my healing and she also out me on a baby aspirin been taking that for 1 week now and she also said I was getting a vaginal infection so she had me using metro gel for 5 days

I'm sorry you are still bleeding. From what all the other ladies on this forum have said, some of them have been bleeding or spotting up until the 5 or 6 week period. It is good that you have contacted your doc and have instructions from her. Since she thinks you will have a longer/harder time healing, and that she says you are doing too much, you may have to settle with being off your feet for a while. Maybe the small things that you are doing now are not helping. So maybe trying to pamper the princess, really pamper the princess, would help you out. Good luck and prayers for healing!
