6 weeks post op and confused about HRT

I am six weeks post op today and a couple of weeks ago I woke up with night sweats. I have kept both ovaries but obviously they are not working. They gave me 1 mg estradiol to start out with and said to drop to 0.5mg after 3 days. I did that and the night sweats went away but my hair is falling out quite a bit. I got a blood test in the afternoon (did not take the estrogen before hand) and my estradiol came back at 67. Would this be considered low? I am 52 years old. I wonder what it would have been if I had taken the 0.5mg before I went in. So confused if I should bump it up to the 1.0mg again. The whole ordeal of the TAH was traumatic for me so don't know if my hair is falling out from the stress of all of this. Just would like to know if anyone knows if 67 is low. Thank you.
