7 weeks post hysterectomy and really bad back cramps

I am 7 weeks post op today (everything removed but kept ovaries) and I am have horrible back cramps on my left side. I have been cleared by my doctor last week for everything. She said my cuff was totally healed and so far so good...no pain with sex.

I did come down with the flu on Monday and was throwing up for 2 days. Ever since then I feel like I am have the worst period cramps of my life. Should I call my doctor? I have no spotting what so ever. Just really bad pain. So frustrating because I feel like a big baby.
