Positive ANA, kept ovaries, now full blown Menopause!

Will be 5 weeks post-op tomorrow. Still feeling nerve ending sensations when touching incisions and incision areas, and pulling. No relief over the past 5 weeks with pain meds so now on Celebrex. Ran blood work and it shows a positive ANA and full blown menopause, although I left my ovaries since docs thought I had a good 5 years to go (I'm 48). Will see a Rheumatologist in 2 weeks. Any one experience anything similar? Can a hysterectomy throw you into menopause even if you keep your ovaries? Makes me wonder why my dr. didn't run the hormone labs before the surgery to help determine how close I was to menopause at the time of surgery.

P.S. I had an ultrasound last week and it took the tech 20 minutes to find my left ovary and she never did see my right ovary but was satisfied that it was there, just small. The blood work numbers were so high that he put me on an estrogen patch beginning today.
