week 3 recovery progress

Well I'm feeling fantastic. Before my op I felt sluggish, tired, had a constant feeling of feeling full like I had eaten too much and no libido with extremely sore breasts and sharp to dull abdominal pains. All that has gone and I have a libido! But of course I can't do anything about that for another 4 weeks when I have my specialists appointment.
I do however have a discharge that dries yellow on my panty liner, but I can't quite tell if its from the vagina or not. I have had no blood what so ever and my pain is rather low, but if I do too much I feel nauseous and get the shakes so I know to rest and that feeling goes away. Because I feel good it is very hard to not over do it. When can I exercise again, like on a exercycle? I've got dress fittings starting tomorrow for my November wedding and I'm a bit concerned with the swelly belly!

You are still early post op and things are still healing inside. I had some kind of discharge for 6 weeks, so it is normal to have some for a few weeks or so.

I would check with your doctor when you can exercise and what kind you can do. I started with walking a little at a time, working up over the weeks .

No matter what type of surgery we have it takes months to totally heal inside because of all the work that is done.
