almost 3 weeks

Well, it's been almost3 weeks since I visited the castle. I am feeling better, but I had a few days of constipation that caused me to pop a stitch. I had some bleeding, but it seems to be better now. I hope you all are doing well.

Re: almost 3 weeks

Hi there!

I'm glad you are feeling better. I had constipation too. Very painful. Never felt anything like it before. I tried several things, but warm prune juice really helped me. If you're still constipated, I would suggest 1 cup. If nothing happens, then drink another after an hour. That should really help. If you drink too much prune juice at once, it will cause a person to get the runs. NOT Fun! After that I drank 1/2 glass for breakfast and lunch to maintain.

Take care!

Hugs,
Suzy
