Tortilla Pizza

Here's my recipe for a tortilla pizza for when those pizza cravings hit.

1 whole grain tortilla
2 tablespoons pizza sauce
Shredded cheese of your choice (I use either soy or veggie cheese) I use just enough to put thin layer over the top
Oregano to taste
Handful of diced red bell pepper
2 mushrooms diced
6 slices of turkey pepperoni (or turkey italian sausage)

Spread the pizza sauce over the tortilla. Add cheese, oregano than toppings.

Bake in toaster broiler at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and tortilla is crispy.

Note: you can basically add any type of toppings you like. Main thing to remember is to not overdo the cheese.
