Unexpected Improvement Post-Op

I've noticed after my surgery that the bladder symptoms I've had for YEARS have gone away. It used to be that if I drank a lot of water, or anything caffeinated, I was in the bathroom every 10 minutes for the next hour. I guess all the endo scar tissue was putting pressure on my bladder? It's so much better now!

I had a similar experience. I couldn't push urine out, just had to wait for it to drain on it's own, then I'd have to lay my upper body on my thighs to completely empty it. I cam pee sitting up now, and push it out. I was so thrilled when I figured it out! I remember being in the ladies room at work, I'd hear other women going and wishing I could go like that too! My endo went untreated for so long I feel fortunate to be regaining some of my faculties! Bowels work great too!

I have noticed too that after wetting myself every time I sneezed, coughed, etc; that I am not having those problems since surgery, even though I have to splint my abdomen. Hope this continues...
