Just wondering, if the ovaries look ok they are planning to leave in, is that a wise choice?

Hard choice I know! here are my reason's for wanting to have my left one removed (right one has a cyst so bye-bye to that one)
#1- I have PMS- tired of suffering with pain 2-3 weeks out of the month- and yes even after a hyster you could have symptoms!
#2- I'am 40 (closer to 50 than 30 ) I will take a chance HRT
#3- Don't want to take a chance on another surgery later on in life due to ovarian cancer
#4- Don't want to be d in the head latter with the feeling I shouda!
Talk it over with your Doc, there are so many things to consider.
A wise choice??? maybe not for all, but for me YES.
