confused

hi I am new here , not sure how to post. Hope i am in the right place.I had UFE in Nov and still bleeding and clotting VERY BAD.I went to the gyno yesterday and she said hysterectomy. Then she did some kind of procedure to see if she can shave the fibriod. So the options are hysteroscopic resection or vaginal hysrterectomy. I am so confused-Do i go through aanother procedure that might only work for awile or go for the hysterectomy. I just turned 45 but feel like a big baby because I am so scared to be put out.This is all stressing me so much.Need advice. It can be hard to decide what the right choice is! I highly recommend researching your options and seeking at least a second opinion. The more you know about your medical condition and your options, the better able you are to make the right decision for you!
