TVH Pain after sleeping in my bed last night

Since my hysterectomy I have slept on the couch since it is higher off the ground then my bed is. Since the pain has gotten better i figured i would try to sleep in my bed last night..... I woke up this morning in horrible pain i was crying for over an hour while i tried to get comfortable finally after an hour and pain meds im finally comfortable enough to sit instead of being in the fetal position.

I hope you feel better soon. I wake up in more pain in the mornings and have to take my meds every day before getting up for the day.

Take it easy. If the couch works,use it!

I had this last night as well. Slept on my side and woke up all stiff and sore. I think I'll stay on my back for awhile. Take it easy and slow.

my wonderful mom hates me sleeping on the couch so i attempted to sleep in my bed ( i had all the pillows that i slept with on the couch so 3 normal pillows, a adult body pillow and my daughter body pillow since she let me use it and a feather down pillow) And woke up hurting so bad almost like i was waking up after surgery so i don't know why but will trying again when i feel better.


Any suggestions on how i can sleep in my bed comfortablely again?
