Bowel Prep (Magnesium Citrate question)

Is there anyone with experience with 10 oz of Magnesium Citrate as a bowel prep? My instructions say to take it between 2 and 5 p.m. today for surgery tomorrow a.m. Since both my daugthers have basketball games tonight, I'm not going to get to it until about 8. I figure the worst case is I'll spend tonight in the bathroom. And, realistically I probably wouldn't sleep much anyway.
But, I'm dreading it. Will I get all crampy, etc. from it?

I think you will be ok to start at 8 p.m. I have done mag cit for a coloscopy and from what I remember you need to be close to the bathroom. The taste is not so great so chug it down and don't think about it. Good luck tommrow.
