Hysteroscopy and "NO" bleeding ! Is this unusual?

Good Morning everyone,
I had my Hysteroscopy yesterday morning to remove the 3 large polyps in my uterus. This is an attempt to find out why I am having long periods of time of heavy bleeding. And to determine if a Hysterectomy is needed.
Now I'm really confused ! After the procedure, only about 0ne pads worth of blood and ever since, nothing !!
A Hysteroscopy also includes a D&C which I was under the impression was accompanied by several days of bleeding.
I feel great today, yes 24 hours later, all I want to do is blow leaves around the yard. Could I be so lucky as to have tolerated this procedure extremely well and things are going to be fine ?
WOW !!!!!!! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they don't find any Precancerous cells. And that this ordeal may be close to an end !
Anyway, My question is, did any of you actually not bleed after undergoing the initial Hysteroscopy ?

I feel so good today, it makes me wonder if they did anything at all. Note: Not paranoia just amazement !

Hysteroscopy and "NO" bleeding ! Is this unusual?

Hi, I'll be praying for good results with no precancerous cells. I had a hysteroscopy with a D&C and a polypectomy and did have bleeding for several days. Even though you're feeling pretty good right now - I don't think that you should try yard work just yet

Best wishes, please let us know what you learn.

Hysteroscopy and "NO" bleeding ! Is this unusual?

I had a D&C and hysteroscopy on 10/24. I was given a large pad at the hospital, but by the next day had switched to thin pads, and then by the next to panty liners. I did wear the panty liners for about a week, but almost could have done without.
