2 weeks post hysterectomy (7/15): stomach pressure and pain; Kegels to avoid prolapse?

That tight waistband feeling is quite normal. I bought the binder from this site and it has helped so much with pain. You would think having anything snug would make it worse but in reality it keeps everything supported. I'm 19 days post op and have realized every day has a different level of pain. I was fine for two days and looked forward to everyday and today I'm having a difficult time with soreness.

After my op I felt as though I had a brick sewn into my stomach . I also had a lot of pain low in my groin . I would say I didn't feel normal till after four months, you may be quicker as I had abdominal surgery. It feels like my stomach again ,hang in there x
