Vaginal dryness, no sex drive, pain during intercourse natural remedies please

Thank you all! Just wanted to update you all, still on testosterone (just a dab) and switched my estrogen back to estrace .5 but this time using 1/8 of a pill vaginally and feeling great! Sex drive is up, no dryness and my moods are great!! Feeling better than before my surgery!! I also was experiencing cramps and pain before, i have had ultrasounds (pelvic & abdominal) nothings showing up, so my dr is sending me to a urologist, thinking it has to do with my bladder and kidneys!! So just waiting for that apt!!
