blood clots? help! questions....

help guys i am losing it!
Brief overview..had lsh /rectocele and episiotomy repairs done may 9 2005..have had continued nombness and tingling..dizziness when i stand up..extremely low bp....last night i was feeling ill and had a pounding stabbing head ache..stood up and my L foot felt like i had stepped on a hot coal.....it was burning on top and i thought i would surely keel over form the pain..by the time i got into the kitchen the vein on top of my foot was huge...about golf ball sized and as it progressed i started having pain in my calf, thigh and hip...dizziness, and a feeling of being drunk or something..not at all like myself..so we rushed to the er..catscan of my head, u/s of legs.ekg, blood work..blood pressure was up..and splitting headache...still had numbness in hands and legs...docs could find nothing wrong.the er jerk doc thought i had pulled a muscle...what??????.all tests were w/in normal range..now my foot looks like an elephant stepped on it ..all swollen and purple..but not hurting much just like a bruise...but numbness in hands is worsening and headcahe hasn't really subsided at all. i was just wondering if anyone had an experience like this following their surgery..and if so ..what was it? i just got off the phone w/ my gyn and he advised me to see my pcp..he doesn't think its related to surgery at all...crazy huh? thanks for your input in advance....i know you guys will pull through for me if you have any info to share....hugs, brieann

Sorry I don't have much help to give, just some hystersister support. I'd definitely be calling your regular doc and get in ASAP to see him. This really needs checked out to find out what's goin on and how to take care of it. I'd push for an immediate appointment to get the ball rolling. I will be praying they find out what's going on and get it taken of quickly!
