7 days post op now thrush help!!!

Hi ladies... I am concerned because they gave me metranudazole anti-b now 7days after my hysterectomy (removal of tubes, ovaries, cervix and uterus) I now have thrush...now as its Friday evening I have no doctors or clinics open to get the tablet that I now works effective for me so would need to wait till Monday, what can I use in the mean time...ie natural yogurt internal creams etc? I am worried about stitches risk of infections etc thank you xxx

Wish I had better suggestion but your doctor is your best bet. They should have an answering service to help you & are best equipped. Good luck hour you find success!

As post above. Call doctor, he has a answering service to get a hold of him. Do not insert anything unless you get the ok from your doctor. I received antibiotics in the hospital and still got an infection that required more antibiotics. Cured the infection but got a yeast infection. The doctor gave me a script for diflucan pill. I'm fine now. I feel for you. As if we don't have enough going on down there. Lol hang in there and call the doctor.good luck.
