Swelly Belly

that is awesome that you are feeling so good!! I had my Davinci in June. Swelly goes down and it takes some time and patience. I can honestly say that my belly is flatter than it has been in years. My kids have even told me I have some definition in my abs! Do not over do it. I walked ALOT the first couple of weeks. Tons of short walks. Helped so much. Good luck!

i wore a dress wednesday.i think i have lost weight but swelly belly will be gone and then its back.this stinks. i hadnt wore that dress in about 10 years and it looked good didnt have much swelly belly,next day i bloated right back up.i wonder if you could ibuprofen just for the anti-inflammation qualities and not for pain if it would work with swelly belly?
