Light walking and drinking lots of water. Is it swelly belly from surgery? It took me almost 4 months to get rid of mine and it still swells up on occasion but doesn't stay that way for long. Walking helps everything heal more quickly and the more quickly you heal, the quicker you body will get back to normal and the swelly belly will go down. Drinking water gets rid of any toxins or unwanted things in your body and keeps you hydrated.
