Ovaries out - less urges for chocolate?

Yep..this is my dumb question for the day!

Just curious - since I feel most of my cravings mid month and prior to AF, will my need for overeating subside a bit?

Ovaries out - less urges for chocolate?

I'm almost 2 yrs. post-op and it never fails...at my usual times of the month.(I had 2 periods per month ugggg) I still have those days where I'm pretty sure that if I don't have chocolate someone just might get hurt. LOL

Ovaries out - less urges for chocolate?

I love to eat sweets, but the uncontrollable cravings are gone, which I'm thrilled with. It's been easier (knock on wood) to maintain my weight so far. I used to really crave sweets and carbs before my period.

Chocolate cravings are...

....often due to magnesium deficiency. When I started getting enough magnesium, I was shocked to discover that I had lost my cravings for chocolate. I still liked it a lot, but didn't have that "must get chocolate or someone will die" feeling anymore, and I almost kind of missed the intense satisfaction I used to feel when I ate it!

By the way, a good magnesium supplement will help keep your bowels running smoothly - very important following a hyst! I recommend "Natural Calms" available at < oops, no commercial links allowed >

great.. I have never heard that before. I have been taking Flax Seed supplements - and those help a great deal too. I will look into the Magnesium tabs!
