2 weeks post hysterectomy: UTI and feeling tired

I had my hysterectomy 2 weeks ago today on the 4th of August. I had my cervix, uterus and 1 ovary removed. My surgery took longer then expected. All together it was 3 hours, they removed everything vaginally but my where they took my ovary wouldn't stop bleeding so they had to do go in from my stomach to stop it, luckily they did it laparscopicly so I only have 3 small incisions. I also ended up with a uti from the catheter and am on my second round of antibiotic. I've noticed that the pain is ok unless I bend or walk a lot. I'm hoping the uti will be cleared up now that I've taken the last of the second antibiotic, anyone else end up with a uti that wouldn't go away? I'm also a bit more tired then normal, I have been sleeping on my stomach because it's the only way I can, I've always been a stomach sleeper. Any advice for a speedy recovery would be great.
