New date...question about magnesium citrate

I put this in my tea at night sometimes because I am mag deficient and it helps with my arrhythmia. I have a lemon flavor. It really isn't that bad. Like someone said above - lemon alka seltzer is a good description. I do wonder why some people have to do a cleanse and others do not...???
