Re: Three day notice to quit

I was just telling my husband this morning, that I was going to write a letter to "Aunt Flo" and I was going to evict her, how funny. She has until the 27th to pack up her belongings because at 8am, she will be out. There would be professionals with me to assist in this process and to not make a fuss. Haha, thanks for the laugh!

Re: Three day notice to quit

I trust she will leave graciously, taking all her possessions and no goods and chattels which might prove useful to Chocolate4Cure.

Re: Three day notice to quit

Auntie Flo:

Your attempt to block the ventilation system by pouring Quickcrete down the air shaft is not appreciated, legal, nor successful. The costs of repairing the system will be borne by you.

At exactly 8:30 AM tomorrow morning, enforcement personnel will be at the premises to remove you and all of you belongs, including any add-ons you may have constructed. They are authorized to use force to make this happen. Further, the neighbors have been notified and will not be available for you to use in any manner.

You've known about this move for months. Do not attempt to make it worse by taking hostages, pouring Quickcrete down drains, or any other of the shenanigans tenants have attempted over the years. The enforcement personnel have seen it all and are prepared for any eventuality.

The outcome is simple. A. You will be removed and arrested for illegal squatting, property damage, and bringing excessive weight on premises. You will be sent to a proper treatment facility for evaluation of the emotional outbursts, threats to yourself and others, and the self-damaging behavior. B. You can give yourself up now and we'll drop the charges so long as you get treatment and remove yourself from the premises. Either way, you will not longer be a tenant of the premises.
